Day ?-Concert at St. Andrews Parish

So, we've lost track of what day it is at this point!  We have no sense of time between the time change to Chicago, the time change to Ireland, and the days on the coach driving to all of the awesome destinations.  The good news is that we have had an incredible past few days.  Here are a few thoughts and highlights from the past 24 hours:

Why drive on the left?  So that your sword arm is free!

Michael Collins- movie with Julia Roberts, evidently quite well done and true to the story

Quote from our tour guide:  "Listening to you play the concert at St. Nicolas the other night, and looking up at the magnificent architecture, it was like being in a scene from a movie with just the right soundtrack playing.  It was quite magical."

The mountain range that we passed through is where the priests went into hiding when the catholic religion was banned.  They held secret services, schools, and rituals.  If they were caught, at the least they would be exported, and worst, they would be executed.

Long and winding road to Killarney national park carved and shaped by glaciers.  Home to red deer, wild goats, eagles.  Nicknamed the "Rebel mountains."

Road races on these roads...are they nuts?????

Limericks I've written...I've been very poetic lately...

Would you like to hear my new limerick?
Don't worry, it's not about you, Rick.
On this bus each day
I feel the same way
I think that I just might get sick!

There once was a man named Rick
Who took a large group on an trip
They traveled a far
By coach, not by car
And not a single one got homesick!

There once  was a North Central band
Who traveled to a far away land
The teacher told them
It's not about him
because everything matters in our band

Tomorrow will be our last day before we make the long trek home.  We have an exciting day planned, so I'd better get to bed.  Have a great evening and thanks so much for sharing all of your amazing children with us on this trip!

Maddie's long lost relatives who came to visit and hear the concert.

Sam and Nathan, cousins reunited!

Our driver is going to be on a required day off tomorrow, but don't worry, Laurel has been training all day and will be ready to take over!
